Virginia assumed the role of executive director in 2014. She was first hired at the CAC in 1998. She served as the CAC's development and community relations director and then associate director. Virginia is past president of the Memphis chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a recipient of the Memphis Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40, and has been recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professions as Outstanding Fundraising Executive.
Kim Byars, Associate Director

Kim is an licensed clinical social worker with a strong commitment to best practice. She began her work at the CAC in 1999 as a therapist, became intervention services director in 2001, and moved to the position of associate director in 2014. Kim has managed the transition of the therapy program to the evidence-based Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioal Therapy model, has implemented a nationally recognized forensic interviewing model, and has served as faculty on the Southern Regional CAC Learning Collaborative.
Mark Jordon, Development Director

Mark came to the CAC in 2016 from the private sector. He brings extensive management, sales, and marketing experience from his position at Jim Keras Subaru and 28 years in the banking industry. Mark has served on numerous nonprofit boards including chair for the Oprah Winfrey Boys and Girls Club in Kosciusko, MS, his hometown.
Kris Crim, Prevention Director

Kris has served as prevention director since 2015. Prior to that, he worked for 16 years at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, in various leadership roles including regional executive director of the Y-CAP Branch YMCA. Kris is a graduate of Crichton College and has served on the Memphis Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals board.
