Virginia assumed the role of executive director in 2014. She was first hired at the CAC in 1998. She served as the CAC's development and community relations director and then associate director. Virginia is past president of the Memphis chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a recipient of the Memphis Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40, and has been recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professions as Outstanding Fundraising Executive.
Rajah Brown, Director of Operations

Prior to coming on board in 2019, Rajah served in various roles including chief program officer at Memphis Athletic Ministries. He was also director of operations for Explore Bike Share and created holistic programming for the Mayor's Safe Summer Initiative. Rajah has a BA in accounting, a master's in recreation administration, and was trained through the Memphis Leadership Foundation.
Kris Crim, Prevention Director

Kris has served as prevention director since 2015. Prior to that, he worked for 16 years at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, in various leadership roles including regional executive director of the Y-CAP Branch YMCA. Kris is a graduate of Crichton College and has served on the Memphis Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals board.
Lydia Crivens, Director of Interagency Partnerships

Lydia joined the CAC in 2019 after serving as director of population health at Christ Community Health Services. She also worked as a case manager at Memphis Housing Authority, Centenary Ministries and other organizations. Lydia served as a board member for Case Management Inc. and Frayser Community Development Corporation. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University.
Charlotte Jones, Director of Child and Family Services

In 2014, Charlotte came to the CAC from the Department of Children’s Services. She worked as a victim advocate and later as victim advocacy manager. In 2021, Charlotte was promoted to director of child and family services. She received the James G. Hughes CPIT Excellence Award for Compassion in 2017 and the National Crime Victim’s Rights Week Victim Service Professional Award in 2021. She has a MS in counseling from University of Memphis.
